Notes:
The Big Claw blend of Central Coast California grapes was designed by two Maine residents to be the perfect pairing with lobster. My brother and I both agreed that their goal was achieved. The aroma made for a pleasant start, and the light fruits with a hint of spiciness did pair well with all our seafood dishes. A percentage of the profits being donated to the Lobster Institute is a nice touch too. ~GAH |
